The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, an outer wall template and an inner wall template are installed, specifically, a plurality of blockboards with the thickness of 18 mm are taken, holes are punched in the blockboards at the same height, the blockboards are numbered in a unified mode and then vertically installed along a loop line, and an annular outer wall and an annular inner wall are formed correspondingly; 2, square stocks are arranged, specifically, two 10 cm * 5 cm square stocks are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the holes on the outer sides of the outer wall and the inner wall along the vertical direction; 3, two reinforcing hoops correspondingto the outer wall and the inner wall are arranged; 4, a plurality of opposite-pull water stop bolts arranged in the radial direction of the annular wall penetrate through the holes of the outer wall and the inner wall; 5, an inclined strut is arranged on one side of the inner wall; and 6, concrete is poured between the outer wall and the inner wall.
