The invention discloses a petrochemical engineering tubular heating furnace modular building construction method, and belongs to the technical field of heating furnace installing.A heating furnace is modularly manufactured in a workshop and divided into a radiation chamber, a middle frame, a radiation-to-convection flue, a convection module, a convection auxiliary frame and a furnace top flue; the modules are manufactured into component pieces in a workshop and then transported to a site to be assembled and formed into three parts of modules, namely a heating furnace radiation chamber module, a radiation-to-convection flue module and a convection section module, then hoisting welding is conducted, and finally the three parts of modular equipment are installed into the whole equipment. In this way, the building construction efficiency can be improved to the maximum extent, the construction cost is saved, and meanwhile the total construction period is shortened to a large extent.
本发明公开了一种石化工程管式加热炉模块化建造施工方法,属于加热炉安装技术领域,本发明将加热炉在车间内模块制造,将其分为辐射室,中间框架,辐射转对流烟道,对流模块,对流副框架以及炉顶烟道,在车间内分别将这些模块制造成分片,再运至现场组对成形三部分模块,即加热炉辐射室模块,辐射转对流烟道模块和对流段模块,然后进行吊装焊接,最终将三部分模块化设备安装成一个整体设备。这样可最大程度的提高建造施工效率,节约了施工成本,同时也较大程度的缩短了施工总工期。
