Foundation bolt direct burial installation positioning device and construction method
The invention provides a foundation bolt direct burial installation positioning device and a construction method. The foundation bolt direct burial installation positioning device comprises two equipment foundation side formworks and positioning formworks. An equipment foundation area is defined by the two equipment foundation side templates and the positioning templates. Concrete is poured in theequipment foundation area, and four bolt holes are formed in the positioning templates in a square shape. Foundation bolts are inserted into the bolt holes and then inserted into the poured concretebased on the preset depth. After foundation concrete is poured and vibrating is completed, the positioning formworks which are configured in advance are placed block by block to an upper opening formed by the foundation formworks from one end hopper of a foundation. Before foundation concrete is initially set, the foundation bolts are inserted into the bolt holes of the positioning formworks one by one and then inserted into the foundation concrete, and nuts are temporarily screwed on. Track foundation bolt construction and foundation concrete pouring can be conducted synchronously, and the purposes of simplifying procedures, reducing difficulty, reducing investment of resources such as manpower, materials and machines, improving the work efficiency and reducing the engineering cost are achieved.
