The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical device installation, in particular to a foundation bolt leveling structure and a construction method thereof. The foundation bolt leveling structure comprises a foundation bolt arranged inside a concrete foundation, and a gasket supporting assembly for supporting a device base plate and being assembled in screw-thread fit with the foundation bolt. A tensioning adjusting mechanism for adjusting pretightening force of the screw-thread fit between the gasket supporting assembly and the foundation bolt is arranged on the gasket supportingassembly. The gasket supporting assembly comprises a gasket supporting sleeve and a tensioning ring as the tensioning adjusting mechanism. The invention further discloses a construction method of thefoundation bolt leveling structure correspondingly. According to the foundation bolt leveling structure and the construction method thereof, no gasket set leveling is needed, non-load leveling can beachieved, gasket set related data does not need to be calculated, the leveling construction safety can be ensured, the device leveling efficiency can be improved, and the leveling cost can be saved.
