The invention provides a wooden door with flame retardant and sound insulation functions. The wooden door with flame retardant and sound insulation functions includes a door frame and a door leaf; thedoor leaf is movably connected to the inside of the door frame by hinges; the top two sides of the door frame are provided with transom windows; one side of the door leaf is installed with a door lock; a flame retardant device connected to the space in the door frame is arranged inside the door leaf in gas connection; the flame retardant device includes a gas cylinder and a hot melt valve; the gas cylinder is filled with compressed liquefied carbon dioxide; the gas cylinder is connected to the hot melt valve, an unlocking device and a piston head arranged in the door leaf through a gas guiding tube; a connecting seat corresponding to the piston head is arranged on the door frame; and the piston head is movably connected to the connecting seat in gas connection. According to the invention,the carbon dioxide in the gas cylinder can be automatically triggered by the hot melt valve, and is guided into the top door frame structure through the gas guiding tube, then falls into a guide groove and is guided horizontally through the guide groove, and then uniformly discharged from the transom windows, so as to form a carbon dioxide curtain on both sides of the wooden door, so as to effectively play a flame retardant effect and prevent the spread of fire; and the wooden door with flame retardant and sound insulation functions has good development prospects.
本发明提供了一种具有阻燃隔音功能的木门，包括门框与门页，门页通过铰链活动连接在门框的内侧，门框的顶部两侧设置有气窗，门页的一侧安装有门锁，门页内部设置有与门框内空间活动气连接的阻燃装置，阻燃装置包括气瓶与热熔阀，气瓶内填充有压缩的液化二氧化碳，气瓶通过导气管与门页内设置的热熔阀、解锁装置、活塞头依次连接，门框上设置有与活塞头对应的连接座，活塞头与连接座活动气连接，本发明气瓶内的二氧化碳通过热熔阀能够自动触发，并通过导气管导向顶部门框结构内，落入导槽内，通过导槽进行横向的导流，然后均匀的从气窗处排出，在木门两侧形成二氧化碳气帘，有效的起到阻燃效果，防止火势蔓延，具有良好的发展前景。
