The high-molecular efficient flame-retardant wooden door comprises a main door plate, wherein a left frame and a right frame are arranged on the left side and the right side of the main door plate respectively; an upper frame and a lower frame are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the main door plate respectively; longitudinal connecting strips are arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the main door plate; the two ends of the longitudinal connecting strips are clamped with the upper frame and the lower frame respectively; and a first transverse connecting strip and a second transverse connecting strip are arranged on the two sides of the longitudinal connecting strips respectively. The flame-retardant wooden door adopts a split structure, so that the wooden door is very convenient to transport and relatively small in occupied area; and compared with a split wooden door in the prior art, the wooden door is relatively simple in mounting and dismounting processes, convenient to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.
