The invention discloses a multipurpose profile for rotatably opening a louver and the louver. The multipurpose profile comprises a main body profile body and a glass baffle, wherein the main body profile body is a broken bridge profile body or a non-broken bridge profile body, the broken bridge profile body is formed in the mode that two profile bodies with screw joint holes enable the two screw joint holes with opposite openings to be jointly connected with a heat insulation block in a clamped mode and then are rolled or bonded into a whole, the unbroken bridge section bar is a section of straight plate with a screw joint hole, at least one middle sealing device bayonet is formed in the reverse side of the main body profile body from the two ends to the middle, glass baffles with rectangular, U-shaped or straight sections are oppositely arranged at the two ends of the front side of the main body profile body, and the side wall of the outermost end of each glass baffle reversely extends to form two end sealing device bayonets with the side wall of the corresponding middle sealing device bayonet. The invention provides the louver capable of being opened in a rotating mode. The multipurpose profile for rotatably opening the louver can be used as a transverse profile, a vertical profile and a window frame, convenience is brought to storage and use of the profile, and inconveniencecaused by storage and use of profiles of various specifications and varieties is avoided.
