To provide a louver capable of suppressing a person from feeling dark in a room.SOLUTION: A louver comprises: a base portion facing an outer wall face; a tip portion positioned at an opposite side of the base portion; an incidence surface which expands between the base portion and the tip portion and to which sun light is directly incident; an emission surface which expands between the base portion and the tip portion and which is positioned at an opposite side of the incidence surface; and a through hole penetrating the louver so as to reach the emission surface from the incidence surface. The through hole includes a side face expanding so as to reach the emission surface from the incidence surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
