The invention discloses a fine and rainy day automatic opening and closing ventilation blind window which comprises a window frame. Multiple rotating shafts are rotationally installed on the inner side wall of the window frame at equal intervals. Each rotating shaft is sleeved with a window blade, and an elastic gauze is commonly rotationally installed between every two adjacent window blades. Multiple limiting grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner side wall of the window frame, and the two ends of each window blade are rotationally installed in corresponding two symmetric limiting grooves. A control cavity is formed in the window frame, each rotating shaft extends into the control cavity and is provided with an adjusting gear, an adjusting rack is installed in the control cavity in a sliding manner, and the adjusting rack is engaged with the multiple adjusting gears. By means of the fine and rainy day automatic opening and closing ventilation blind window, control force for controlling and adjusting ascending of the rack is provided by means of buoyancy of rainwater on a floating plate, the control force controlling and adjusting descending of the rack is provided throughthe gravity of the floating plate, automatic opening or closing of the window blades is achieved, and the use convenience is improved.
