The piece comprises a connecting rod, an inserting cushion block arranged at one side end of the connecting rod, a limiting rod arranged at the other side end of the connecting rod, an outer pressing plate and an inner pressing plate arranged on the connecting rod and a clamping piece arranged at one end,close to the inserting cushion block, of the connecting rod, wherein the inserting cushion block is formed by cement pouring, and the outer side end of the inserting cushion block is connected with an outer form. According to the piece, the thickness of a protective layer of a steel wire mesh can be effectively guaranteed during construction of the inserting cushion block, the inserting cushion block is formed by cement pouring, is similar in material with a fireproof structural layer, is used for arranging the thickness of a concrete protective layer and is consistent in durability with a main body structure, and the problem of water seepage of an insulation layer caused by aging is prevented.
