The invention relates to a tool disinfection chamber, an operating room pre-comprehensive disinfection system, an assembly process and a comprehensive disinfection method. The operating room pre-comprehensive disinfection system comprises an operation working chamber, a tool disinfection chamber connected with the operation working chamber, or the operation working chamber and a tool disinfectionchamber connected with the operation working chamber. An air inlet disinfection device is arranged on the wall of the operation chamber; the air inlet disinfection device comprises an air inlet disinfection box mounted on the left side wall of the operation working chamber, an air inlet first disinfectant pool and an air inlet second conductive liquid pool which are respectively arranged in the air inlet disinfection box, an air inlet lower partition plate which is vertically arranged in the air inlet disinfection box and is used for isolating the air inlet first disinfectant pool from the airinlet second conductive liquid pool, an air inlet outer opening air filter which is mounted on the wall of the operation working chamber and located above the air inlet disinfection box, and an air inlet first upper partition plate which is mounted on the top wall of the operation working chamber, and the lower end of the air inlet first upper partition plate extends into the isolated air inlet first disinfectant pool and is located on the left side of the air inlet lower partition plate. The system is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to use.
