The invention discloses a refuse landfill soil remediation method which comprises the following steps: shaping a dump body of a refuse dump so that the refuse dump is in a stable state, and sedimentation or slope collapse is prevented; the refuse landfill area comprises a refuse dump for capping treatment, and an exhaust layer is arranged on a dump body of the refuse dump and used for exhausting gas in the refuse dump; an impermeable layer is arranged on the exhaust layer and used for preventing rainwater from permeating into the garbage heap body in rainy days; a drainage layer is arranged onthe impermeable layer, a geotextile drainage net is arranged in the drainage layer, and the drainage layer is connected with drainage ditches around the refuse landfill area; a greening soil layer islaid on the drainage layer, soil of the soil layer is beneficial to vegetation growth, the greening soil layer is compacted, and the thickness of the compacted greening soil layer is larger than 15 cm; greening plants are planted on the greening soil layer. The refuse landfill soil remediation method is used for treating and remediating the refuse landfill, and pollution hazards of the refuse landfill are reduced.
