The adjusting device comprises a connecting plate arranged on one side of the lifting plate, an adjusting component is arranged at the top of the connecting plate, and an adjusting chain is arranged at the execution end of the adjusting component. According to the invention, the surface of the photovoltaic panel can face the sun all the time through the arranged components, so that the photovoltaic panel can utilize sunlight to generate power to the maximum extent.
