The method includes the steps of: performing simple cleaning to remove part of cyanobacterial clusters in a pond; performing chemical treatment, specifically, adding splashing copper sulfate into the pond to treat algae; performing disinfection and bottom modification, specifically, applying potassium hydrogen persulfate to the pond for disinfection; and performing ecological restoration, specifically, applying chlorella and an EM complex microbialinoculant to the pond for regulation and control. According to the pond cyanobacterial bloom treatment method, cyanobacterial bloom can be treated within 5-7 days through physical salvage, copper sulfate algae treatment, potassium hydrogen persulfate disinfection and bottom modification, EM bacterium and chlorella bioremediation by means of effective combination of physical, chemical and organic means. The method is environment-friendly, simple and efficient. According to the method of the invention, cyanobacterial bloom in the pond is effectively controlled without rebounding; and water quality indexes are effectively improved. The dosage of copper ions used in chemical treatment is small, its influence on the environment is small, and normal ingestion of fishes is not affected.
