The invention discloses a modified emulsified asphalt highway pavement mixture and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of asphalt mixtures. The modified emulsified asphalthighway pavement mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of modified emulsified asphalt, 5-10 parts of mineral powder, 150 to 200 parts of coarse aggregate and 15 to 30 parts of fine aggregate. The modified emulsified asphalt is obtained by carrying out composite modification on matrix asphalt through SBS and PPA and then carrying out emulsification. The preparation method of the mixture comprises the following steps: S1, adding the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and the mineral powder into a stirring cylinder, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture, S2, putting the mixture into a drying barrel, and drying the mixture at 120-170 DEG C until the weight of the mixture is constant, and S3, pouring the dried mixture into mixing equipment, adding the modified emulsified asphalt, and performing uniform mixing at a rotating speed of 600-800r/min so as to obtain the modified emulsified asphalt. The modified emulsified asphalt prepared inthe invention has good storage stability, and a mixture prepared from the modified emulsified asphalt has good pavement performance.
本发明公开了一种改性乳化沥青高速路面混合料及其制备方法,涉及沥青混合料技术领域。该改性乳化沥青高速路面混合料包括如下重量份数的组分:改性乳化沥青10‑15份;矿粉5‑10份;粗集料150‑200份;细集料15‑30份;所述改性乳化沥青由基质沥青经过SBS和PPA复合改性后,再经过乳化后得到。该混合料制备方法为:S1,将粗集料、细集料和矿粉加入到搅拌缸中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合物;S2,将上述混合物置于烘干桶中,于120‑170℃下烘干至恒重;S3,将烘干后的混合物倒入拌和设备中,并加入改性乳化沥青,于600‑800r/min转速下拌和均匀,即得。本发明制备得到的改性乳化沥青具有较好的储存稳定性,采用该改性乳化沥青制得的混合料具有较好的路用性能。
