The premixed dry-mixed mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-220 parts of cement; 30 to 220 partsof fly ash; 400 to 650 parts of recycled concrete powder; 240 to 300 parts of quartz sand; and 0.2 to 1.2 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The premixed dry-mixed mortar has good working performance and strength, effectively realizes recycling of the construction waste, and solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the construction waste.
