The invention belongs to the field of building materials and relates to low-temperature applicable concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 300 400 parts of Portland cement; 50 to 50 60 parts of mineral powder; 40-60 parts of silica fume; 2-3 parts of 50 parts of igneous rock fibers; 10-20 parts of redispersible rubber powder; 5-10 parts of triisopropanolamine; 5-8 parts of nano silicon particles; 0.2-0.3 part of triethanolamine; 7-13 parts of calcium nitrite; 20-30 parts of nano starch; 20-30 parts of ethylene glycol; 10-20 parts of laurylsodium sulfate; 2-4 parts of calcium lignosulphonate; and 100-200 parts of water. After being formed, the concrete disclosed by the invention has better early and later strength and excellent anti-freezing performance.
