The method comprises a mixing stage, a green brick forming stage and a drying stage, a preheating stage, a roasting stage, a heat preservation stage and a cooling stage, wherein the raw materials used in the method comprise 30-40 parts of pretreated acid leaching manganese slag, 70-80 parts of mixed stone slurry, 20-25 parts of porous fine sand, 10-15 parts of triethanolamine, 20-30 parts of quick lime, 3-5 parts of cobalt nitrate and 4-5 parts of nickel nitrate. The pretreated acid-leached manganese slag comprises acid-leached manganese slag, quick lime and distilled water in a mixing mass ratio of 4 : 1 : 7, and the specification of the molded greenbrick is 240mm * 115mm * 53mm. The organic binding agent, the organic acid and the dispersing agent are mixed into the raw materials, so that after the brick is fired and cooled, the density of a brick body is guaranteed; meanwhile, the alkali resistance of the brick body is improved, and the safety of a building built by the brick is guaranteed.
