The invention has the following beneficial effects: the weight of the prepared brick can reach 20 kg, and good erosion resistance and alkali resistance can still be maintained; according to the invention, two kinds of calcined bauxite with different particle sizes are preferably used, and are mixed according to a proper ratio, so that coarse density can be avoided, the dispersity and uniformity among particles can be improved, and after the large brick is molded, the density is effectively improved and the erosion resistance is improved on the microscopic scale; the proportion adopted by the invention can be beneficial to improving the pressure resistance and thermal shock resistance of the refractory brick, and the influence of alkali resistance reduction caused by high aluminum content can be made up by adding the electroceramic aggregate into the component powder, so that the alkali resistance of the refractory brick can still reach 95% or above.
