Selenium-rich multi-element functional ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to selenium-rich multi-element functional ceramsite and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of soilless culture materials. The method comprises the following steps: grinding and sieving a functional material I, granulating an undersize dry powder material in a granulator, adding water during granulation to obtain raw ceramsite, drying the raw ceramsite, and roasting the raw ceramsite. The ceramsite is prepared with the functional material I as a raw material; wherein high-temperature roasting is needed in the preparation process to change thewater solubility of each element in the functional material I, , such that the finally prepared ceramsite can release the nutrients required by plants, and the rare earth elements can release the farinfrared and the negative oxygen ions after the high temperature treatment so as to easily achieve the photosynthesis of the plants, improve the soil structure, inhibit the bacterial growth, and provide the good growth environment for the plants. The preparation method of the ceramsite is simple, low in cost and suitable for expanded production.
