The invention provides a method for synthesizing an anti-freezing and early-strength sulfamic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent from acetic acid wastewater. The method comprises the followingsteps: 1, weighing a certain amount of acetic acid wastewater and adding the acetic acid wastewater into a reaction kettle; adding water or not adding water; then adding sulfanilic acid or sodium sulfanilate while stirring, adding phenol when the mixture is heated to 40 +/- 3 DEG C, adding alkali when the mixture is continuously stirred and heated to 60 +/- 3 DEG C, adjusting the pH value to 8.5-10, then slowly dropwise adding a formaldehyde solution, heating the mixture after dropwise adding is completed, carrying out condensation and heat preservation, supplementing water after heat preservation, and cooling the finish product. The synthesis method is simple, is controllable in reaction conditions and is free of waste gas, liquid and solids; when the prepared sulfamic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent is applied to concrete, the anti-freezing effect and the early strength effect are good, and the good collapse prevention effect is achieved.
本发明提供了一种醋酸废水合成抗冻、早强型氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的方法,包括以下步骤:称取一定量的醋酸废水加入反应釜中,再加入水或不加入水,然后边搅拌边加入对氨基苯磺酸或对氨基苯磺酸钠,加热至40±3℃时加入苯酚,继续边搅拌边加热至60±3℃时加入碱,调节pH值至8.5‑10,而后缓慢滴加甲醛溶液,滴加完毕后加热升温,缩合保温,保温结束后补水、降温即可。本发明合成方法简单,反应条件易于控制,无“三废”排出,制备得到的氨基磺酸系高效减水剂应用至混凝土中时,抗冻效果和早强效果好,且具有较好的保塌效果。
