The invention belongs to the technical field of water reducing agents, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a sulfamic acid water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a liquid water reducing agent: adding water, phenol, diaminobenzenesulfonic acid and urea into a reaction kettle, heating, adding formaldehyde, stirring, adding an alkaline regulator and triethanolamine, and continuously stirring and cooling to obtain a sulfamic acid series liquid water reducing agent; 2, preparing a powder water reducing agent: heating the liquid water reducing agent to obtain a powder water reducing agent; and 3, bagging, sealing and storing: bagging and sealing the powder water reducing agent, and transferring to a shady and dry place for storing, wherein the process of bagging the sulfamic acid series powder water reducing agent in the step 3 is completed by adopting a sulfamic acid series water reducing agent preparation device in a matching manner. Bymeans of the discharging mechanism, it can be guaranteed that the discharging amount is constant each time, it is guaranteed that powder cannot leak from the sealing barrel and the bag opening whilethe bagging efficiency is improved, and the uniformity of the charging amount is further improved.
