Dumbbell-shaped stud shear connector and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridges, and particularly relates to a dumbbell-shaped stud shear connector. The dumbbell-shaped stud shear connector comprises a steel beam, a prefabricated concrete bottom plate and studs, wherein the steel beam is I-shaped steel, the studs are arrayed on a flange plate of the steel beam in an m*n mode to form stud blocks, m and n are integers greater than 1, and the stud blocks are arranged at intervals; and the prefabricated concrete bottom plate is arranged on the steel beam, preformed holes are formed in the prefabricated concrete bottom plate, the preformed holes penetrate through the prefabricated concrete bottom plate, the positions and the sizes of the preformed holes correspond to those of the stud blocks, and mortar is poured intothe preformed holes. By means of the mode that the hole sites are reserved in the prefabricated concrete bottom plate, the fixing speed of the steel-concrete structure connecting piece is increased,the construction efficiency is improved, the studs are arranged according to the stud blocks, the shear capacity of the studs is improved, and the bearing capacity and safety of the structure are improved. The invention further provides a dumbbell-shaped stud shear connector construction method.
本发明涉及桥梁技术领域,尤其涉及一种哑铃型栓钉剪力连接件,包括:钢梁、预制混凝土底板和栓钉;钢梁为工字钢,栓钉在钢梁的翼缘板上以m×n的方式阵列成栓钉块,其中m、n为大于1的整数,且栓钉块间隔布置;预制混凝土底板设置在钢梁上,预制混凝土底板上设置有预留孔,预留孔穿设预制混凝土底板设置,且预留孔的位置和尺寸与栓钉块对应,预留孔内灌注有砂浆。本发明通过预制混凝土底板上预留孔位的方式,提高了钢‑混凝土结构连接件的固定速度,加快了施工效率,而且栓钉按照栓钉块的布置方式,提高了栓钉的抗剪承载力,提高了结构的承载力和安全性。本发明还请求保护一种哑铃型栓钉剪力连接件施工方法。
