The invention provides a sanitation vehicle with an adjustable box body volume. The device comprises a water tank, partition devices and traction devices, wherein the partition device is arranged in the water tank, a first cavity and a second cavity which are not communicated with each other are separated in an inner cavity of the water tank, the traction device is connected with the partition device, the partition device is driven by the traction device to move in the water tank, and the relative volume of the first cavity and the second cavity is changed along with the movement of the partition device. The sanitation vehicle effectively solves the problem that the volumes of the clear water tank and the sewage tank cannot be mutually utilized, therefore, the effective volumes of the clear water tank and the sewage tank are greatly increased, the operation time and the sewage discharge time are prolonged, the garbage in the sewage tank can be completely removed through the design of the partition plate assembly, and the problem that stains attached to the inner surface of the tank body cannot be completely discharged through lifting and discharging is solved.
