Offshore wind power underwater pile inserting shoulder type protection barrel and beating-drilling-beating construction technology
The invention discloses an offshore wind power underwater pile inserting shoulder type protection barrel and a beating-drilling-beating construction technology. Engineering pile preliminary beating isconducted firstly, and a pile driver is utilized for beating an engineering pile to one depth; then, the inserting shoulder type protection barrel is installed on the top of the engineering pile, andthe top of the inserting shoulder type protection barrel is exposed out of the water surface; then, a drilling machine is installed, and the drilling operation in which forward rotation reverse blowing and gas lift reverse circulation are combined is adopted; then, the drilling machine and the inserting shoulder type protection barrel are removed; and finally, engineering pile re-beating is conducted, and the engineering pile is beaten to the design elevation. Through usage of the inserting shoulder type protection barrel, the pile driver can conduct needed pile beating operation on the sea surface, and accordingly the construction difficulty is lowered; meanwhile, casing pipe and engineering pile mounting and dismounting operation is convenient and fast, and the engineering pile structure cannot be damaged; and pile sinking is conducted to the design elevation through the beating-drilling-beating construction manner, underwater cutting on the surplus part of the engineering pile is not needed, and the work efficiency is greatly improved; and the inserting shoulder type protection barrel can be repeatedly utilized, and material consumption is reduced.
海上风电水下桩插肩式护筒及“打钻打”施工工艺,先进行工程桩初打,利用打桩机将工程桩打入至某一深度;然后在工程桩顶部安装插肩式护筒,使插肩式护筒的顶部露出水面;接着安装钻机并采用正转反吹及气举反循环相结合的钻进操作;跟着移除钻机和插肩式护筒;最后进行工程桩复打,将工程桩打入至设计标高。通过插肩式护筒的使用,使打桩机在海面上即可进行所需的打桩操作,从而降低施工难度;同时,套管与工程桩的装拆操作方便、快捷,既不会对工程桩的结构造成破坏;通过“打‑钻‑打”的施工方式沉桩至设计标高,其无需对多余部分工程桩进行水下切割,大幅度提高工作效率;且该插肩式护筒可重复利用,以减少材料的消耗。
