The invention discloses a functional clamping groove. The functional clamping groove comprises a base plate, a first plate body, a second plate body, a third plate body, a clamping strip fixing assembly for fixing a guide clamping strip, and a clamping strip clamping assembly for clamping an inner clamping strip, wherein the first plate body and the second plate body are arranged on the same sideof the base plate, a gap is formed between the first plate body and the second plate body, the gap between the first plate body and the second plate body forms a mounting cavity used for mounting a shelf or a connecting clamping strip, the third plate body is arranged at the end, away from the base plate, of the second plate body through a connecting assembly and extends towards the end away fromthe first plate body, and the clamping strip fixing assembly is arranged at the end, away from the second plate body, of the first plate body through a transition plate. The mounting structure is stable, shelves with different thicknesses can be fixed by adjusting the gap width of the mounting cavity, and meanwhile, the functional clamping groove can also be suitable for wallboards with differentthicknesses.
