The invention discloses a fabricated fireproof and anti-explosion composite plate. The composite plate comprises a first metal plate, a second metal plate and an intermediate layer, wherein one intermediate layer is arranged between the first metal plate and the second metal plate, the intermediate layer, the first metal plate and the second metal plate are fixed through a reinforcing connecting piece, the reinforcing connecting piece penetrates through the intermediate layer, the first metal plate and the second metal plate to form the detachable composite plate, and the intermediate layer comprises a fireproof plate with a fireproof function. Compared with the prior art, the fireproof and anti-explosion composite plate has the advantages of being convenient to install and disassemble andcapable of ensuring attractive appearance and convenient transportation by adopting the fabricated stamping-free type fixing, and meanwhile adopting the fabricated type to ensure that the surface ofthe fireproof and anti-explosion composite plate is flat, thereby effectively ensuring the fireproof and anti-explosion effect.
