The composite protective material is prepared from cement, hollow microspheres, carbon nanotubes and water, the hollow microspheres are introduced to serve as a filling material, under the excitation action of a hydration product of the cement, the hollow microspheres are hydrated to form a porous opening state, and good fireproof and heat insulation effects are achieved; due to the large length-diameter ratio and the small-size effect of the carbon nanotubes, the carbon nanotubes can be attached to the surfaces of the hollow microspheres, and due to the open microcavity structures, the energy release path of the material is increased, the stress release capacity of the material is improved, and therefore the anti-explosion purpose is achieved. By adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the fireproof and anti-explosion integrated plate can be simply, conveniently and quickly prepared and is used for a plugging system of a converter station, and the problems of high construction and maintenance difficulty and long period can be effectively solved.
