Light cement-based composite batten and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a light cement-based composite batten and a manufacturing method thereof. The batten is used as a decorative wallboard of a structural wall and comprises a decorative surface layer, a concrete layer and a heat preservation layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the decorative surface layer and the heat preservation layer are fixedly combined into a whole through the concrete layer, a latticed steel component is pre-buried in the concrete layer, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the latticed steel component to serve as mounting holes. According to the light cement-based composite batten and the manufacturing method thereof, the latticed steel component is pre-embedded in the concrete layer, and the plurality of mounting holes are formed in the latticed steel component, so that an additional hanging plate keel manufacturing procedure of a building outer wall can be omitted during mounting, field welding work is reduced, materialsand labor are saved, meanwhile, the strength of the batten is guaranteed, or a decorative surface layer is prevented from being damaged, and a cold and hot bridge is avoided.
本发明提供一种轻质水泥基复合条板及其制作方法,该条板用作结构墙体的装饰墙板,包括从外至里依次设置的装饰面层、混凝土层和保温层,装饰面层和保温层通过混凝土层固结成一体,混凝土层内预埋有网格状钢构件,网格状钢构件上设有多个通孔作为安装孔。本发明通过在混凝土层内预埋网格状钢构件以及在网格状钢构件上设置多个安装孔,使得安装时可省去建筑外墙另外制作挂板龙骨工序,减少场焊工作,省料省工,同时保证该条板的强度,或避免破坏装饰面层,避免造成冷热桥。
