The invention discloses a construction method of scaffold formworks in a post-cast strip and a supporting system. The construction method comprises the steps that a scaffold formwork supporting systemin the post-cast strip is arranged, wherein the scaffold formwork supporting system in the post-cast strip comprises supporting columns erected under the post-cast strip, lifting jacking brackets arranged at the top ends of the supporting columns correspondingly, and a formwork with the same width as the post-cast strip, wooden strips flush with the lateral sides are arranged on the two sides ofthe bottom surface of the formwork in a thickening mode, and the wooden strips are supported on the lifting jacking brackets along a line; the formwork is raised to the position of formwork bottom steel bars so that the wooden strips are in seamless connection with steel wire meshes before concrete is poured to the two sides of the post-cast strip; after concrete on the two sides of the post-caststrip finally sets, the formwork is made to descend below formworks on the two sides, and garbage in the post-cast strip is fast cleaned; and when concrete is poured to the post-cast strip at a laterstage, the formwork is flush with the formworks on the two sides of the post-cast strip, and flexible blocking materials fill in the position between the formwork and the formworks on the two sides ofthe post-cast strip, so that it is guaranteed that no cement paste spills out during pouring. According to the construction method of the scaffold formworks in the post-cast strip and the supportingsystem, cement is prevented from being spilled into the post-cast strip during pouring of the two sides of the post-cast strip, and the trouble of punching a cleaning opening is omitted.
