The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining the position of a post-cast strip of a structure roof according to a design drawing; thirdly, an independently-supported first steel pipe scaffold is erected below the post-cast strip, second steel pipe scaffolds are erected on the two sides of the first steel pipe scaffold in an extending mode, and detachable connection is established; then, a first supporting formwork is installed at the top of the first steel pipe scaffold, it is ensured that the two sides extend out of the side edges of the post-cast strip, and L-shaped containing grooves are formed in the side edges; and finally, a second supporting formwork is installed on the top of the second steel pipe scaffold, and one side of the second supporting formwork is in lap joint with the L-shaped containing groove.
