Lamp post and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a lamp post and a mounting method thereof. The lamp post comprises a connecting plate and a stand column. The connecting plate is connected to the hard ground or a platform through a plurality of foundation bolts, a hinge support is arranged on one side of the connecting plate, a hinge hole is machined in the hinge support, a rectangular groove is formed in the opposite sideof the side where the hinge support is located, and a first inserting hole is machined in the side wall of the rectangular groove. A bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the stand column, the bottom plate is of a rectangular structure, any two opposite sides are provided with rectangular notches; through holes are formed in the side walls of the rectangular notches; the through holes are parallel to the edges where the rectangular notches are located, the hinge support can be embedded in one rectangular notch after installation, the corresponding through holes are coaxial with the hingeholes, strip-shaped holes are machined in the positions, corresponding to the foundation bolts, of the bottom plate, the strip-shaped holes are perpendicular to the axes of the through holes, and thefoundation bolts penetrate through the strip-shaped holes and fasten the bottom plate through locking nuts. The lamp post can be installed by a single person without the help of hoisting equipment, and is simple in structure and convenient to use.
本发明提供一种灯杆及其安装方法,灯杆包括:连接板和立柱。连接板通过多颗地脚螺栓连接于坚硬的地面或平台,连接板其中一边设有铰支座,铰支座加工有铰接孔,铰支座所在边的对边设有矩形槽,矩形槽侧壁加工有第一插孔。立柱底部设有底板,底板呈矩形结构,其中任意相对的两边具加工有矩形缺口,矩形缺口侧壁加工有通孔,通孔与矩形缺口所在的边平行,安装后铰支座可嵌设于其中一处矩形缺口内,并且相对应的通孔与铰接孔同轴,底板对应地脚螺栓加工有条形孔,条形孔垂直于通孔的轴线,地脚螺栓穿过条形孔,通过锁紧螺母将底板紧固。可以不借助起吊设备进行安装,单人便可完成灯杆的安装,结构简单,使用方便。
