The invention discloses a device for supporting and mounting a lamp through keels and a mounting method thereof. The device specifically comprises a first keel and a second keel which are arranged inparallel at intervals; at least two first clamping parts are hung on the first keel, and second clamping parts corresponding to the first clamping parts are hung on the second keel; a supporting plateis fixedly installed between the first clamping parts and the second clamping parts; each of the first clamping parts comprises a first fixing plate attached to the top of the first keel, a first connecting plate with one end connected with the first end of the first fixing plate, and a first limiting plate with one end connected with the second end of the first fixing plate; and each of the second clamping parts comprises a second fixing plate attached to the top of the second keel, a second connecting plate with one end connected with the first end of the second fixing plate, and a second limiting plate with one end connected with the second end of the second fixing plate. According to the device for supporting and mounting the lamp through keels and the mounting method thereof, the clamping parts are installed on the keels at the two sides to fix the supporting plates, so that a lamp installation structure can be stabilized for a long time.
