The invention discloses a concrete mixing plant waste slurry recycling method. The waste slurry of the concrete mixing plant is waste slurry water left after sandstone aggregate in waste slag generated after cleaning of concrete equipment and a mixer truck in the concrete production process is recycled through a sandstone separator. According to the invention, the waste slurry is prepared into a mud cake with a water content of 10-40% through precipitation and filter pressing processes; the mud cake is prepared into non-plastic hard particles with the particle size of 4-200 meshes through theprocedures of dispersion, powder coating and solidification, the non-plastic hard particles serve as aggregate containing a certain proportion of stone powder and are put into a concrete mixer according to the proportion to replace part of sand and mineral powder to be mixed with the aggregate, powder, additives and water, commercial concrete and concrete products are prepared, and the waste material is changed into things of value. The problem in the prior art that the waste slurry of the concrete mixing plant serves as solid waste to be buried to pollute the environment is solved and the problem that additional environmental protection problems can be generated during brick manufacturing except for investment equipment and places for manufacturing cement bricks, and achieves the purposeof protecting the environment.
