Recycling method of concrete waste residues from mixing plant
The invention belongs to the technical field of resource recycling, and particularly discloses a recycling method of concrete waste residues from a mixing plant. The recycling method comprises the following steps: mixing the concrete waste residues with a cementing material, a high-efficiency water reducing agent, an expanding agent, an early strength agent, a water-retaining agent and other components according to a predetermined mass ratio to prepare a building material. The building material has high early strength, workability, micro-expansion performance and water dispersion resistance, and can be used as an early-strength micro-expansion grouting material. According to the recycling method, sediment waste residues generated after tank truck flushing in the concrete mixing plant are recycled and then subjected to simple coarse grinding treatment so that the sediment waste residues can be directly utilized, treatment such as sand and stone separation, sedimentation, filtering, drying and grinding of cement paste in the sediment waste residues is not needed, the recycling method is simple in process and low in cost, the effect of recycling resources can be achieved at the lowest cost, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the preparation method of an early-strength micro-expansion grouting material, which is cheaper, is also provided.
