The invention provides a mix proportion design method of recycled all-light concrete, and belongs to the field of building materials. The design method comprises the following steps: (1) determining the water-binder ratio and the unilateral initial dosage of each raw material in the neat paste; (2) screening the regenerated light material, and determining the primary clear distance of the regenerated light material according to the mass of screen residues with different particle sizes; (3) determining the unit dosage of the regenerated light material and the net slurry according to the primaryclear distance; and converting the preliminarily determined dosage of each raw material into a preliminary reference mix proportion; (4) performing trial mixing optimization on the preliminary reference mix proportion to obtain a reference mix proportion; and (5) detecting raw material indexes for production adjustment, and converting the reference mix proportion into a production mix proportion.By means of the method, the reasonable use of the regenerated powder and the regenerated light material in the regenerated full-light concrete is realized, the internal stress balance is met, and theworkability and the cost performance are both considered.
