The invention provides an underwater non-dispersive quick-setting and quick-hardening cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The underwater non-dispersible quick-setting andquick-hardening cement-based composite material is prepared from 20-30% of cement, 5-10% of calcium aluminate, 3-7% of quartz sand, 10-20% of aggregate, 5-15% of a cementing material, 0.1-0.5% of a corrosion inhibitor and 0.5-2% of a mineral additive. According to the underwater non-dispersive quick-setting and quick-hardening cement-based composite material and the preparation method thereof, aflocculating agent and the cementing material are added make the concrete not dispersed, and the addition of the cementing material is matched to effectively increase the setting efficiency, make thecomposite material rapidly changed into a firm stone-shaped body from slurry and make the composite material have good filling property for narrow gap pouring, so the loss of hardening strength causedby dispersion of a grouting mixture can be effectively reduced, the binding power of the grouting hardened material and a reinforcing steel bar can be improved, and the composite material can be effectively used at different positions.
本发明提供一种水下不分散速凝快硬的水泥基复合材料及其制备方法。所述水下不分散速凝快硬的水泥基复合材料,由以下百分比的原料组成:水泥20%‑30%、铝酸钙5%‑10%、石英砂3%‑7%、骨料10%‑20%、胶凝材料5%‑15%、阻锈剂0.1%‑0.5%、矿物外加剂0.5%~2%。本发明提供的水下不分散速凝快硬的水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,通过絮凝剂和胶凝材料的添加,不仅可以使混凝土不分散,而且配合胶凝材料的添加,有效的提高了凝结效率,而且能从快速的浆体变成坚固的石状体,而且对狭小间隙浇注具有很好的填充性,可以有效的降低因灌浆拌和物分散造成的硬化强度的损失,并且可以提高灌浆硬化物与钢筋的粘结力,有效的满足不同位置的使用。
