QUICK-HARDENING MATERIAL AND QUICK-HARDENING CEMENT COMPOSITION
To provide a quick-hardening material capable of producing a quick-hardening cement composition that provides a hardened body having an excellent dimensional stability, a high strength-developing property, and an excellent appearance, in both the atmospheric curing and the underwater curing, and also can provide the quick-hardening material having a good storage stability.SOLUTION: A quick-hardening material of this invention comprises an amorphous calcium aluminate, gypsum, and AlO-SObased compound. The content of gypsum is 50-120 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the amorphous calcium aluminate, and the content of AlO-SO-based compound is 5-20 parts to 100 parts by mass of the amorphous calcium aluminate. Furthermore, the AlO-SO-based compound is amorphous, and has the weight reduction of 5 - 40 mass% when heated at 500°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】気中養生及び水中養生のいずれにおいても寸法安定性、強度発現性及び美観に優れる硬化体を与える急硬性セメント組成物を製造することができるとともに、貯蔵安定性が良好である急硬材を提供する。【解決手段】非晶質カルシウムアルミネート、石膏及びAl2O3−SO3系化合物を含む急硬材である。石膏の含有量は、非晶質カルシウムアルミネート100質量部に対して50〜120質量部、Al2O3−SO3系化合物の含有量は、非晶質カルシウムアルミネート100質量部に対して5〜20質量部である。また、Al2O3−SO3系化合物は、非晶質であり、且つ500℃で強熱した際の減量が5〜40質量%である。【選択図】なし
