The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and relates to a concrete protective layer reinforcing material which comprises silica sol, nano silicon dioxide and magnesium fluosilicate. In addition, the invention further provides composite template cloth containing the reinforcing material. The composite template cloth comprises a surface layer, a middle layer containing thereinforcing material and a base layer; and the middle layer is a telescopic deformation material layer and contains a concrete reinforcing material. Compared with the prior art, the concrete protective layer reinforcing material of the invention has excellent moisturizing and protective layer strengthening effects and can make a concrete surface more flat, smoother and denser; the mechanical property of the protective layer concrete is effectively enhanced through physical and chemical methods, meanwhile, the durability of a reinforced concrete structure is improved, construction procedures are effectively reduced, the construction period is shortened, and use is easy and convenient. The concrete protective layer reinforcing material and the composite template cloth can be suitable for being widely popularized to related construction fields.
