The invention discloses a production process of a non-clay sintered insulating brick. Particularly, the invention relates to the field of building materials, raw material composition and weight fraction for producing the non-clay sintered insulating brick are as follows: the non-clay sintered insulating brick is prepared from the following raw materials; 20-30% of coal gangue, 1-5% of wood chip, 5-15% of industrial slag, and 40-50% of building waste; the production process for producing the non-clay sintered insulating brick comprises the following steps: S1, firstly, coal gangue and sawdust respectively pass through a jaw crusher, a hammer crusher and an automatic feeder and then pass through a roller screen to enter a raw material warehouse, and S2, the building waste is crushed by a roller type fine crusher and then enters the raw material warehouse; and S3, the industrial slag is crushed by a crusher, and then is fed into a raw material warehouse. By changing the ratio of the construction waste to the coal gangue, the problem that sulfide components in the coal gangue are too high in the original process is solved, and the environmental protection property of the brick body isgreatly improved.
