Sintered insulating brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sintered insulating brick and a preparation method thereof. The sintered insulating brick is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 100 parts of shale powder, 0 to 30 parts of sludge powder, 0 to 2 parts of straw powder and 16.3 to 25.0 parts of mixing water, the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) stirring raw materials; 2) adding water and stirring; (3) mold forming; 4) drying at room temperature; 5) drying in a constant-temperature drying box; and 6) firing and cooling. The sintered insulating brick prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has better thermal insulation performance than a common sintered brick, and meets the requirement on the compressive strength of the sintered insulating brick in the specification. The invention not only provides an application way for recycling solid wastes, but also improves the heat insulation performance of the sintered brick, and has good environmental and economic benefits.
本发明公开了一种烧结保温砖及其制备方法。该烧结保温砖包括以下重量份的组分:页岩粉70~100份、淤泥粉0~30份、秸秆粉0~2份和拌合水16.3~25.0份;其制备方法为:1)原料搅拌;2)加水搅拌;3)模具成型;4)室温干燥;5)恒温干燥箱干燥;6)烧制、冷却。采用本发明制备方法制得的烧结保温砖具有比普通烧结砖更好的保温隔热性能,并且满足规范中对烧结保温砖的抗压强度要求。本发明不仅提供了固体废弃物再利用的应用途径,而且提高了烧结砖的保温隔热性能,具有良好的环境和经济效益。
