The coating process comprises the following steps of processing a plurality of grooves in the surface of a ceramic substrate; filling metal-based materials into the interiors and the edge surfaces of the groove; and sequentially treating the surfaces of the metal-based materials by adopting multiple types of lasers, so that the surface of the ceramic substrate is coated with the metal-based materials after the metal-based materials are molten. The surface of the metal-based materials is treated in a mode of combining lasers with different parameters, so that the metal-based materials can bedirectly coated on the ceramic surface, the problem of poor surface quality of the molten metal-based materials is solved, and the surface quality of the coating material is improved.
