The composite material surface repair method comprises the following steps: coating a target position on the surface of a matrix with the repair coating, and curing the repair coating at normal temperature; and performing high-temperature treatment on the repair coating cured at normal temperature, wherein the temperature of the high-temperature treatment is not less than 800 DEG C.
