According to the invention, stay cable sealing drainage maintenance is carried out in a mechanical detection mode, and the waterproof sealing effect on the stay cable is remarkable; the detection mechanism is arranged in the equipment and can be used for detecting accumulated water in the sealing box; a sealing mechanism can be used for sealing a pile casing; and a drainage mechanism candrain the accumulated water and detecting the air tightness of the sealing box. The equipment is low in cost, simple in structure, high in automation degree and suitable for large-area popularization.
