Frame bridge jacking construction method
The invention relates to a frame bridge jacking construction method, and belongs to the technical field of jacking construction. The method comprises the following construction steps of digging a working pit on one side of a railway, and constructing a back pile and a back beam; prefabricating a porous frame bridge and a one-hole frame bridge; hoisting a plurality of steel rollers with a diameterof 50cm on outer walls of the two sides of the porous frame bridge; mounting a plurality of horizontal grouting pipes; arranging protective piles on a railroad bed at four corners of a bridge area ofa frame bridge; constructing a row of anti-sidesway piles; installing a plurality of I-shaped steel cross beams and fixedly connecting with rails, wherein the I-shaped steel cross beams abut against side surfaces of the anti-sidesway piles; jacking the three frame bridges at the same time, and carrying out earth cutting and earth discharging work in the frame bridges till that jacking is completed, wherein in the jacking process, the steel rollers resist an extrusion force, and gaps between the frame bridges are guaranteed; grouting through a grouting pipe, and pouring 50cm gaps among the three frame bridges; and dismantling top iron and a jack. According to the method, the three frame bridges can be jacked in place safely and accurately, and meanwhile, railway traffic safety is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种框架桥顶进施工方法,属于顶进施工技术领域,其包括以下施工步骤:在铁路一侧挖设工作坑,施工后背桩和后背梁;预制多孔框架桥和一孔框架桥;在多孔框架桥两侧外壁上吊装多个直径为50cm的钢制滚筒;安装多道水平注浆管;在框架桥桥区的四个拐角处的铁路路基上设防护桩;施工一排抗横移桩;安装多根工字钢横梁并与铁轨连接固定,工字钢横梁抵接至抗横移桩的侧面;三座框架桥同时顶进并在框架桥内部进行挖土与排土工作至顶进完成,顶进过程中,钢制滚筒抵抗挤压力,保证框架桥之间的间隙;通过注浆管进行注浆,浇筑三座框架桥之间50cm的间隙;拆除顶铁与千斤顶。本发明能够保证三座框架桥安全、准确的顶进到位,同时保证铁路行车安全。
