Frame bridge jacking method
The invention provides a frame bridge jacking method, which belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering, and comprises the following steps: excavating a working pit; an anchor beam foundation trench is excavated in the working pit, an anchor beam and a sliding plate are simultaneously bound with steel bars and poured and formed, a guide pier is arranged, and concrete is poured in the working pit to form a back wall; prefabricating a frame bridge on the sliding plate; the water supply main canal of the to-be-installed frame bridge area is dismantled and continues to be excavated downwards to form a foundation pit; the foundation pit and the working pit are communicated and located on the same axis, and the anchor beam, the sliding plate and the guide pier in the working pit continue to be constructed and extend to the tail end of the foundation pit; the multiple sets of frame bridges in the working pit are pushed into the foundation pit along the upper portion of the sliding plate through a pushing mechanism till the multiple sets of frame bridges are attached to one another; abutment back backfilling work is conducted on the periphery of the installed frame bridge; and the detached water supply trunk canal is recovered. The method can shorten the water cut-off time of the main water supply canal on one hand, and can improve the structural strength of the main water supply canal on the other hand, so that the main water supply canal is firm and stable enough.
本发明提出了一种框架桥顶进方法,属于桥梁工程技术领域,其步骤包括:工作坑开挖;在工作坑内开挖锚梁基槽,锚梁与滑板同时绑扎钢筋与浇筑成型,设置导向墩,于工作坑浇筑混凝土形成后背墙;于滑板上预制框架桥;将待安装框架桥区域的供水干渠拆除,继续下挖形成基坑;基坑与工作坑相连通并处于同一轴线,将工作坑内的锚梁、滑板以及导向墩继续施工延伸至基坑末端;将工作坑内的若干组框架桥通过推进机构沿滑板上方推进至基坑内,直至若干组框架桥相互贴合;对安装后的框架桥周边做台背回填工作;将拆除后的供水干渠恢复。该方法一方面可以缩短供水干渠的断水时间,另一方面,可以提高供水干渠的结构强度,使其足够坚固、稳定。
