The invention provides a construction method for improving bridge deck flatness. The method is characterized by optimizing bridge deck concrete performance, dividing a box girder concrete constructionpart into a bottom plate area, a web plate area and a top plate area, and controlling concrete slump of each area; and dividing box girder bridge deck flatness construction into a bridge deck end area, a bridge deck ballast blocking wall outer side area and a bridge deck ballast blocking wall inner side area, wherein different areas adopt different methods of manual surface finishing or surface finishing of a slurry lifting and leveling machine. According to the construction method, the concrete slump is controlled, an original concrete pouring process of a beam field is combined, the processes of manual surface finishing and surface finishing of the slurry lifting and leveling machine are optimized, bridge deck flatness construction quality can be ensured to meet a design requirement, areject ratio of bridge deck flatness is effectively reduced, and operation streamline and construction standardization are achieved.
本发明提供一种提高桥面平整度的施工方法,将桥面混凝土性能优化,按箱梁混凝土施工部位分为底板区域、腹板区域和顶板区域,控制各区域的混凝土塌落度;将箱梁桥面平整度施工划分为桥面端头区域、桥面挡砟墙外侧区域和桥面挡砟墙内侧区域,不同区域采用人工收面或提浆整平机收面的不同方法。本发明的施工方法,通过对混凝土塌落度的控制,结合梁场原混凝土浇筑流程,优化人工收面及提浆整平机收面的流程,能够保证桥面平整度施工质量满足设计要求,有效降低了桥面平整度的不合格率,使作业流水化,施工标准化。
