The invention discloses a concrete pouring construction method under swivel bridge large-diameter flat hinge. A structure of a lower flat hinge disc and an installation part comprises a swivel foundation bearing platform, a bearing platform reserved groove, a flat hinge support and a lower flat hinge disc. A top surface of the lower flat hinge disc is a concave spherical surface, and a bottom surface is a plane and welded with a support plate; and the lower flat hinge disc is provided with a vibrating hole and an exhaust hole, the diameter of the lower flat hinge disc ranges from 5.5m to 6.5m,and a plurality of reserved holes evenly distributed in a circumferential direction are machined in a peripheral steel plate of the supporting plate. The construction method comprises the steps thata reserved notch of the bearing platform is cleaned, the lower flat hinge disc is installed, stress-strain gauges are buried, lower flat hinge disc C60 self-compacting concrete is poured, reserved mudjacking hole channels are distributed, and an epoxy resin slurry is injected below the lower flat hinge disc in a pressing mode. The method is suitable for concrete pouring under the large-diameter flat hinge of a super-tonnage swivel bridge, compactness of concrete on the lower surface of the flat hinge is improved, construction quality is increased, the flat hinge is evenly stressed in a swivelbridge construction process and a swivel process is safe.
本发明公开了一种转体桥大直径平铰下混凝土浇筑施工方法,其中,下平铰盘及其安装部位的结构是,包括转体基础承台,承台预留槽,平铰支架和下平铰盘;下平铰盘的顶面为凹球面,底面为平面并焊接有支撑板;下平铰盘设有振捣孔和排气孔,下平铰盘的直径在5.5~6.5m,在支撑板的外周钢板上加工有在周向上均布的多个预留孔;施工方法包括:承台预留槽口清理,安装下平铰盘,应力应变片的埋设,下平铰盘C60自密实混凝土浇筑及预留压浆孔道的布设,在下平铰盘下方压注环氧树脂浆液。本发明适用于超大吨位转体桥大直径平铰下混凝土浇筑,提高了平铰下表面混凝土密实度,提升了施工质量,保证平铰在转体桥施工过程中受力均匀,转体过程安全。
