The invention relates to the technical field of steel pipe column reverse construction, and discloses a construction method applied to a reverse construction steel pipe pile. The construction method applied to the reverse construction steel pipe pile comprises the following steps of (1) pre-embedding a steel casing, and carrying out rotary drilling on a pile hole; (2) placing a concrete prefabrication platform, realizing the fixed connection of the concrete prefabrication platform and the steel casing through the detachable fixed connection of positioning lugs and positioning rods, and fixingthe concrete prefabrication platform on the ground through a group of positioning piles; (3) hoisting a pile foundation steel reinforcement cage into a hole bottom of the pile hole; (4) hoisting a steel pipe column into the pile hole; (5) installing a concrete pouring platform and a concrete guide pipe on the concrete prefabrication platform; (6) cleaning the pile hole by adopting a crossover-circulating type method; (7) adjusting an axial position, a central position and the perpendicularity of the steel pipe column; and (8) pouring concrete. The construction method applied to the reverse construction steel pipe pile provided by the invention has the effects of convenience in disassembling and installing of the reusable concrete prefabrication platform and the steel casing, and high construction efficiency.
