Water-rich stratum pit-in-pit construction method
The invention discloses a water-rich stratum pit-in-pit construction method. A construction method combining separation, precipitation and blockage is adopted. The separation step is mainly characterized by adopting a steel caisson to sink to a designed elevation along with earth cutting, wherein a support wall of the steel caisson can play a role in separating water and preventing the collapse ofa water-rich stratum. The precipitation step is characterized by arranging a precipitation system in the steel caisson, carrying out pre-precipitation before excavating a pit-in-pit earth, and carrying out continuous precipitation during pit-in-pit excavation and bottom plate construction, so that operating conditions are provided for pit-in-pit earth excavation. The blockage step is characterized by ensuring the continuity of precipitation through a way of arranging a steel casing in a bottom plate during structure bottom plate construction, and carrying out blockage treatment on the steel casing and a lower-part precipitation well after the bottom plate reaches to the design strength. No grouting reinforcement or out-of-pit precipitation measure is needed to be carried out before pit-in-pit earth excavation, the structure is simple, the quickness in construction is realized, and quick excavation and quick construction of the water-rich stratum pit-in-pit can be realized.
本发明公开了富水地层坑中坑施工方法,采用了“隔+降+封”相结合的施工方法,“隔”主要是采用钢制沉箱随挖土随下沉至设计标高,钢制沉箱的支撑壁可起到隔水和防止富水地层坍塌的作用,“降”是指在钢制沉箱内部设置降水系统,在坑中坑土方开挖前进行预降水,在坑中坑开挖和底板施工期间进行持续降水,为坑中坑挖土提供作业条件,“封”是指在结构底板施工期间通过在底板内设置钢套管的方式保证降水的持续性,底板达到设计强度后对钢套管和下部降水井进行封堵处理;不需要在坑中坑土方开挖前进行注浆加固或坑外降水措施,结构简单、施工快速,可实现富水地层坑中坑的快速开挖、快速施工。
